The processing is based on your request for information or pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Where processing is necessary to manage an established professional relationship, it may also be based on performance of that relationship and applicable legal obligations.

Recipients and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by technology providers used to operate the website, communications and form submission, acting under the applicable data-protection framework. Specific providers and any relevant international-transfer safeguards will be confirmed in the production version once the final hosting and email configuration is activated.

Retention

Enquiry data will be retained for the time reasonably necessary to assess and respond to the opportunity and, where a business relationship develops, for the duration needed to manage that relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations. Enquiries that do not progress will not be kept indefinitely.
